Production sponsors are instrumental to the success of student shows, as they contribute directly to the costs of renting or purchasing costumes, props, set pieces, materials, equipment, and other necessities to make the show a success! These expenditures do not receive funds from the school or district, meaning your sponsorship gift of any amount is our pathway to ensuring students have the means to raise the curtain on their show. 

In addition to the satisfaction of supporting our youth, each sponsorship level comes with various tiers of benefits to showcase your support to up to 2,400 audience members and our local Martinez community!

Is my business eligible?

Most businesses are eligible to sponsor! However, because sponsorships fund a public high school event we are prohibited from recognizing any sponsorship from businesses based on activities outlawed for minors, including alcohol and gambling. Can I donate as an individual? 

Yes! Many sponsorship gifts are made by local individuals or families and are recognized as such without a logo or advertisement for an associated business. We greatly appreciate the dedication of local individuals to supporting our arts program! 

Where and when will my sponsorship be visible? 

All sponsorship gifts made before April 1, 2027 will be honored in our Spring Musical program in order to showcase your support to our largest audience. Gifts received by November 1, 2026 will additionally be recognized by name or logo in the Fall Play program. 

Due to space and program printing parameters, all sponsorship advertisements will appear in the larger, color program for the Spring Musical rather than the small Fall Play program which is often printed in black & white. Lobby signage will appear at both shows and follow these same submission deadlines. Social media posts will be made around the time of each show and gifts will remain on the AHS Arts Foundation website throughout the year as a season sponsor. 

Is there a deadline for sponsorship? 

Any gifts made after April 1, 2027 will be applied to and recognized during the 2027-28 season. 

Can I make more than one sponsorship gift for the year? 

We welcome sponsorship gifts at any time! Sponsorship levels are cumulative and will be recognized for benefits according to the total given throughout the year.
